1. What is Vizon?

Vizon is an ecommerce store that specializes in fitness apparel. We offer a wide range of products designed to enhance your workout experience and help you stand out from the rest.

2. Do you sell women's clothes?

As of March 2024, our women collection is not out yet. However it is in the works and will be out soon so join the Vizon family to stay updated!

3. What does Vizon sell?

Here at Vizon we specialise in gym wear. However we also provide other fitness apparel for other activities besides gym. 

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

5. How long does it take to process and deliver orders?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country's customs clearance process. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order using the courier's website which will be sent to you in the email.

8. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

9. Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
